The Ghost of Breads Past

After dragging through some video made in 2008, I came across this “Day in the Life” footage of all the breads I make at the Athens Farmer’s Market. As you will read, I’ve modified several flavor profiles of world pizzas and breads to suit my oven, operational capabilities, customer tastes and my own psychotic tendencies. Please forgive the corporate sprawl in the background.
