Thank you Albert,

What a great interview.

Hey, I thought I had the best tagline with "Semper Pie" but you creamed me with "pizza on earth." We gotta talk sometime...my "We put the "A" in Gourmet" really freaks the english majors out.

I'm not much of a legend but just hangin' arround guys like Steve, Bruno di Fabio (he beat me and won again in Salso..) and Tony Gemignani has given me more motivation than what I'd have without.

Pizza Therapy rocks!!!

Thanks

What a great post!

This is an amazing story... Steve Lieber, Don Kirsher... great pizza and rock and roll....

I do have to agree, Don Kirshner made a huge impact on bringing rock and roll right into America's living room. Although I must admit, I did not like everyone he featured, he brought so many great bands that had no opportunity to be seen on TV.

He is a lgends of Rock and Roll....

And Steve Lieber is a Legend of pizza. And it sounds like you are one too.

You may enjoy an interview I did with Steve.

Sounds like you had a wonderful time with your pizza adventure....
Thanks again for this great story...

Hi Bob,
Yes, I've never seen a woodfired oven in action especially with the kind of low-protein dough that Steve used (aged 4 days also). What a fabulous pie though. Sorry about the video, I forgot to share with the world. I hope it wasn't too much "truffle"...yuk yuk.
thanks for the comment
